Title:

Optimal and robust control of agent teams

Ref. prof. Roberto Sacile

Description

This research focuses on distributed and decentralised control of agent teams, with specific references to recent findings [1], and applications in network reliability, transport [2] and energy domains [3]. The research will require a strong training in advanced control methodologies as well as the development of original methodological techniques to face these problems, mainly based on linear matrix inequalities application in system and control theory [4]. Deep knowledge of Matlab and related toolboxes in the control and simulation context is required. The case study will deal with reliability of transport networks.
